Last Wednesday, I attended the Botong Lasalyano Sulong Pilipino Senatorial Candidate Debate. I took Mr. Soon-To-Be-Lawyer Man (a.k.a. PB) with me, since he is the only one who endures my yakking about politics, plus he’s in law school so he would know it more than me if the candidate was talking crap. Registering for the event, I was surprised to see that there were people there who were not obliged attend but endured the line anyway. I don’t mean to say that the people attending for the sake of alternative class were not there of their own accord, but it was quite comforting to know that there are so many Lasallians who care about the government and the country. I hope you registered.
